How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@riipit.com. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Returns must be shipped back within the approved return window after receiving instructions.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns on products that:
- Are unopened and unused
- Are in their original packaging
- Were purchased directly from riipit.com
Please include your order number or receipt when contacting us.
If you have opened your product and are unsatisfied, we still encourage you to reach out. While opened items are not guaranteed for return, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or alternative resolution at our discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We will resolve the issue by:
- Sending a replacement, or
- Issuing a full refund
Please include your order number, a brief description, and photos if available.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Final Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If eligible, we will replace the item with the same product.
